Wax Melt Safety Tips
Failure to follow these instructions could result in a fire hazard.
All of our burners are safe to be used with wax melts, please check that your own burners are suitable.
Never leave a burning candle unattended or move it when lit.
Remove all packaging before use.
Only use with a good quality tea-light (4 hour burn time). Do not use with a maxi tea-light, votive or other candles.
Keep the Wax Melt Burner and tea-light out of the reach of children and pets.
Do not burn the tea-light or leave the wax melt burner on or near anything that can catch fire. We advise to place a heat resistant matt under your burner!
Ensure the wax melt burner is well ventilated.
Keep foreign objects out of the wax pool.
The wax melt burner becomes very hot during use, do not touch or move whilst alight or whilst wax remains molten.
Extinguish the tea-light if the flame becomes enlarged, makes contact with the wax melt burner, or begins to smoke.

Frequently Asked Questions
How long does it take to receive my order?
Orders generally take 3 to 5 working days to be ready for dispatch. Collection and local delivery orders will be notified upon completion of your order to arrange a suitable time.
Postage orders will be sent as tracked parcels, Royal Mail 1st class (1-2 days) or Royal Mail (2-3 days) whichever you selected at checkout.
What are your wax melts made from?
Our melts are made using 100% Soy wax. We ensure all products used are cruelty-free and vegan friendly!
How long do wax melts last?
This depends on the amount of time you melt for!
Is it safe to leave a wax warmer on all the time?
Do not burn the tea-light or leave the wax melt burner on or near anything that can catch fire.
Are wax melts better than candles?
Wax melts are more solidly aromatic than traditional candles, because they absorb heat slower and release aromas without burning the oils. The opposite happens when you burn a candle, as the heat from the flame keeps the wax at a higher temperature, causing a faster release of fragrance into the air.
What is the best way to store wax melts
To ensure that you get the most out of your wax melts and their shelf life, make sure you store your wax melts in a cool, dark place. We find that storing your wax melts under the sink or in a drawer most convenient to your warmer makes sense.
